We get it — sometimes even obsessions don’t fit the way you dreamed. Don’t worry, babe. Here’s how returns and refunds work at Bad Romance:
⏳ How long do I have?
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. (We’re based in the Netherlands, so we play by Dutch/EU consumer rules — aka you’re covered.)
👕 What can I return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (we love a lived-in tee, but not for returns).

Items that are personalized or part of our final sale sadly can’t be returned — those obsessions are forever.
🚚 How do I return?

Email us at hello@thebadromance.com with your order number and the reason for your return (so that we can keep improving).

We’ll send you the return instructions.

Ship it back to us — return shipping is on you (for now, since we're still quite small and can't provide return labels just yet).
💸 Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead? The easiest way is to return your item and place a new order. That way your fave piece doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit.
🛑 Damaged or wrong order?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — that’s on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
