Do you only specialize in music or also TV?

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, email us at info@thebadromance.com and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, reaches out within 14 days (item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags). Return shipping is on you, but we’ll happily refund the item cost once received.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! However, since the products are made to order, the delivery may take a little longer than other brands.

Our merch is produced in the EU. The delivery time depends on your location:

  • EU & UK: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: up to 15 business days*

For orders greater than the value of 150 euros to the rest of the world, customs fees will be applicable. You will be contacted either by the delivery company or the local customs office if fees apply to your order. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

*We are not yet able to deliver everywhere in the world, but we're working on it.

What materials do you use?

Our products are manufactured in Europe. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products have a high quality and a fair value. We use premium 100% cotton for softness, fit, and long-lasting wear. The designs are printed with the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) method. Our prints are made with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes that are durable, vibrant, and feel soft to the touch.

Who’s behind Bad Romance?

Our designs are handcrafted by our in‑house artist who blends pop‑culture references with a bold, illustrative style. Bad Romance is proudly artist-owned—no faceless factories, just faceless designs.
