We’re all about obsession. We pour our heart into every design. And all we want is for it to capture yours. We're sorry if your merch arrived damaged or if you got the wrong one. Just email us at hello@thebadromance.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you ASAP. Need more info? Read the whole policy here.

Yes, we do! Just an FYI: since our merch is made to order, the delivery may take a little longer than other brands.

Our merch is manufactured in the EU, but we also deliver to the UK, North America, and Oceania*. The delivery time depends on where you're located:

EU & UK: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: up to 15 business days

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. And you'll stay updated on it's journey via email.

For fans ordering packages exceeding 150 euros to the rest of the world, watch out: customs fees will be applied to your order. In that case, you will be contacted either by the delivery company or the local customs office.

*We are not yet able to deliver everywhere in the world, but we promise, we're working on it.

Our merch is manufactured in Europe. We handpick our manufacturing partners to make sure that every tee delivers high quality at a fair value. We print the designs Direct-to-Garment (DTG) with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes on 100% cotton t-shirts that are soft, fit, and made for long-lasting wear.

Our designs are hand-drawn by our in‑house designer, who also happens to be the founder. We blend pop culture references with a bold, illustrative style of sketch. Bad Romance is proudly artist-owned—no faceless factories, just faceless designs.
